Who I Serve
I work with high-functioning, driven adults, professionals, and couples who are navigating the complicated terrain of life transitions, anxiety, low self-worth, shame, relationship and intimacy challenges, and substance misuse.
Many of the people who come to me have endured early attachment wounds, abuse, difficult breakups, or divorce. They’re often seeking a way to feel more empowered, to develop healthier coping strategies, and to find a deeper sense of self-compassion and acceptance.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving individuals who seem to “have it together” on the outside, yet wrestle internally with perfectionism, people-pleasing, impostor syndrome, bias and criticism of others, intense inner criticism, or a quiet, persistent sense of dissatisfaction.
I bring a layered and nuanced perspective to this work, shaped by my lived experiences and a deep respect for the diversity of human stories. I have a gift for helping people feel at ease while developing healthy boundaries, building more authentic, grounded connections with themselves and others, and exploring their relationship to substances or to themselves with honesty and compassion.
At the heart of my practice is a deep welcome to anyone ready to look inward with honesty, take ownership of their growth, and build a life that feels meaningful, connected, and truly their own. Many of the people I work with have never been to therapy before, and it moves me when they tell me they see themselves reflected in me. If this is your first time seeking support, I promise to meet you with care and do my best to serve you. I see you — and no matter where you come from, you are allowed to heal.
